A $100.00 US dollar deposit is required to reserve a Strong Villages trip.

 

Reservations, Payment Terms & Cancellation Policies
Trip registration and traveler’s applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit of $100.00 per traveler is necessary to secure enrollment in any SV Trip 60 days prior to departure. Failure to pay full balance by 30 days pre-departure may result in Participant Application denial and a nonrefundable fee of $100.00. If the Participant’s application is denied for non-payment or unsuitability of participation, the refundable portion of deposit funds will be returned to the Participant, minus any non-recoverable monies spent on the Participant’s behalf. Cancelation 30 days pre-departure is subject to a $100 cancellation nonrefundable fee. Note *Strong Villages does not provide airfare.
